It's a sweet idea, but the person would have to be able to survive getting fragged by my enraged team members. There's the psycho who shoots lightning, licks knives, doesn't feel pain, thinks he's in love with me, and doesn't take no for an answer on one side, and my very possessive team leader wondering how the hell I decided I had the clearance to work with someone he didn't pick himself on the other. Some days I barely keep the balance within the team as it already is. Bringing someone else in would make it even more volatile.
