"And yours is quite individual," Morpheus comments, in a totally neutral tone of voice that will let Schu take that as a compliment or a jab as it pleases him. Morpheus reveals a white fedora and settles it on his head gracefully.

...What? Have you looked at his skin? It's almost as pale as his clothes. He sunburns with horrible ease.

I appreciate being a redhead who can tan. I have no idea where the genes came from, of course, but it's handy.

Morpheus shakes his head a bit and looks Schuldig over. He doesn't bother hiding a certain appreciation for the view. "I'm sure it is. I've never been able to, myself."

Morpheus leans over the couch, smirking. The slit-pupiled eyes, cool stare, and dangerous feel all help give him the air of a great predatory cat.

"Are you accusing me of a lack of style, Schuldig?"

::Schu smirks back, tom to tom. Being nearly naked doesn't make him less dangerous.::

"I make up for it in other ways," is the murmured response as Morpheus straightens back up.

Morpheus walks around to lean against the back of Schu's couch. "I've been amusing myself quite profitably since we last spoke."

"Mmm... Thanks to a little gentle encouragement in the proper dreams, several covert rivalries have become overt rivalries. There's even been a fatality already."

"Thanks to the wonderfully cut-throat nature of Eszett politics, anyone who detects my tampering will just consider any trouble the victims get into to be just punishment for carelessness."

Everybody scheming against everyone else, everyone cutthroat, everyone too paranoid to report what happened to them or compare notes. It's thinking like that that helped us bring the whole organization down. It was very useful.

"It really is. Of course, a large amount of this is just amusing myself. The grudges I'm settling right now are minor ones. There's one I intend to settle quite directly, which means it will have to wait until just barely before the ritual."
