Yes. ::Schu is centimeters from being right against Morpheus' side. Morpheus might be able to feel his body warmth.:: And, generally, if you're willing to settle most people are happy to let you.

"Why wouldn't they?" Morpheus says cynically. "After all, they don't get anything out of your higher expectations."

He turns his head slightly to adjust to Schu's proximity.

So why make life easier for other people? If no one else is looking out for you, you have to look out for yourself. And if you find somebody willing to consider your interests, you hang on for as long as it works.

Morpheus lifts his free hand to toy with a strand of Schu's hair.

"Hedonist," Morpheus accuses, running his fingers casually through Schu's hair.

He goes on stroking.

::If Schu were a cat, the sound he makes now would be purring. His arm goes around Morpheus' shoulder to bring him in closer and toy with his hair a bit, combing his long fingers through it.:: This is reverence.

The sound Morpheus makes IS purring, or so close to it there's no point quibbling. He lets Schu draw him closer, twining his fingers in the orange hair.

"I always got the impression it was called 'foreplay'," Morpheus replies dryly.

Tomato, to-mah-to.... ::Getting his hair played with always relaxes Schu, and playing with other people's hair is so sexy. He's moments away from nuzzling Morpheus's neck in contentment.::

Morpheus would likely not be averse to having his neck nuzzled. Schu is attractive, has been deemed Worth His Time, and Morpheus has a certain fondness for telepaths.

"If this is reverence, what do you consider prayer?" The question sounds distinctly facetious, but his mind is mildly curious.

Morpheus tilts his head very slightly to give Schu more room to work. His fingers run slowly through Schu's hair.

"Spirit. That's a new word for it."

::The Hair is pleased. Schu has changed his nuzzling to light, light kisses. The skin of Morpheus' neck is so soft....::

If you've ever seen some Japanese doujin porn, you're not sure what the hell is going in: cone of light, spiral of stars, burst of white-out or eraser leavings. Might as well be "spirit." I prefer something more substantial, but as long as it moves me....

That may be a very small shiver. Morpheus moves in just the right way to make his turtleneck drop a bit to reveal more skin.

Morpheus sighs quietly, tilting his head back a little bit more. His hand slides out of The Hair for a moment to brush along the skin of Schu's back.

"That sounds like a fairly plausible explanation."

Mmmmm. ::Schu stretches into that hand, loving the feel of it on his bare skin. Schu's hand glides up Morpheus' thigh, while his other continues to stroke Morpheus' hair.:: I manage to be plausible a lot more than people realize.

Schu might feel the muscles flex under his hand as it makes its way up. Morpheus goes on brushing his hand over Schu's back with light touches.

They do. Most of the time I work with that.

"A telepath who asks permission. That's a novelty," Morpheus says, a bit acidly. His mind rings with amusement and consent.

I prefer to put the moves on people who want to have the moves put on them.

::Schu hears that consent and will now stroke Morpheus lightly up and down along the line of his fly. Morpheus may feel Schu's hair brushing the underside of his jaw, as Schu is feeling rather catlike at the moment. If Morpheus is game, the next move is to sit on his lap facing him and do some kissing 'cause, damn, Morpehus is purty and Schu is very aroused by him.::

"You're a telepath. Don't you know without asking?" The tone is mocking, but it's just idle conversation, really. Morpheus' version of idle conversation.

Morpheus shifts his hips under Schu's touching, making a quiet sound of pleasure. Kissing will be returned in a way that leaves no doubt that Morpheus is quite the expert.
