I talked about relationships and life changes with Remy and had a feeling that we're kindred spirits in some things. A conversation with somebody about running away was much briefer and less satisfying. I talked about proper villain monikers with Buffy Summers, not that she really had any better ideas of what a villain should call himself. Then again, in the past she admitted to liking white chocolate so maybe I shouldn't be surprised. I amused Captain John Hart by talking about LOLs I have known. I texted what my final meal and wishes would be to an anonymous someone. I got into a conversation with Bran Davies about a... hypothetical situation. So many hypothetical situations talked about in the Nexus. Funny that.

Gaheris asked for methods of truly offing an immortal, and I told him. Heh. John Harvestman asked people what would have been their dream job as a kid and whether adulthood made them stop chasing it. Some guy asked questions about polyamory and whether you can make it work out. I talked with Kaa a bit. Haven't had a sit-down with him in ages. It looks like Aya did too, and ditto. When a text asked Nexusians if they'd like to go out with a big bang or a whimper, I had to answer "bang." A Jack Harkness asked for tips on dealing with a bad patient who has broken bones. I had a text discussion about memories and how to keep and regain them.

dear_mun, Schuldig met Pfirsich Rommel, which surprised me. Schuldig can't help poking at an Aya, so yeah. And rinse and repeat! This time, my Aya spoke to that Aya. Nannerpus was wonderfully brainbreaking.))

I had a short conversation with the very testy Xavier. Brody and I talked about charity work. I had a mostly one-sided discussion with Edward. Revan and I talked about how power might corrupt people, while Todd and I spoke of underwear options, including going without. Wesley Gibson had a bit of a shock upon finding out that almost no one in the Nexus lives a boring life. The Catman asked for advice but didn't appear to like my answers. Nagi couldn't resist making an obvious answer when Zack asked how to cope with being inadequate.

dear_mun lately, mostly because a lot of Weiß Kreuz pups from other communities have shown up there recently to post and to comment to the others' posts. One Aya and then another showed up to complain about being sent to

the_love_hotel. A third complained about his mun as well. Tsuzuki also showed up to complain about

the_love_hotel, and Schu... comforted him.))

I had some decent and rambling talks with Danica, once starting out about relationships and once starting out about wererats. I got Christmas baking from Brody, and we talked about what we do for holidays, though I couldn't help him with a problem he had a few days later. I had a brief exchange with the Kuchisake-onna about getting into the holiday spirit. Nagi and I exchanged Christmas gifts, and Nagi handed out gifts to other people too. Nagi continues having trouble with his client, Mamoru, and Kritiker.

New Year's Day resulted in a glitterbomb LOL. I had a nice talk about life with Dracula, a much shorter talk with a different vampire, and tried to help Anita Blake straighten out her sex life. I might have had better luck with the last one if she'd drawn up some flow charts for me. Lilith Carthwright drew out Harper by asking about superheroes. Kakyou couldn't help answering when a Fuuma showed up. I gave Crow Jane a 9 for jumping the shark. Sarah asked if 15 was too young to move out. Nagi couldn't avoid getting snippy with Jean-Claude and a young, blonde, beautiful werewolf. I can't blame him.

just_a_murder had a brief conversation with an Aya he's spoken to before. The double Sunako Nakaharas were fun. A Brad Crawford showing up drew out several members of several different Schwarzes, while Crawford later mentioning wearing a ball gag in another post inevitably drew out my Schu.))

I had a brief conversation with Illya Kuryakin regarding the effects of technology on people and society. Nagi and Naruse Ryou discussed ends and means. I talked with Jacob MacKay about the purpose of the Garden of Eden story. A capslock LOL compelled everyone near it into yelling whatever was at the top of their brains, sometimes with sparkles. Speaking of sparkles, Nagi and Aya each had a talk with Edward Cullen. Aya discussed revenge with Chiron.

I asked folks about their holiday plans. Enjolras just about blazed with impassioned idealism as he asked some questions, and I had a weird conversation with Irene Gentry. Danica asked how some guys could be simultaneously creepy and hot, which was something I had to answer. Aya discussed God, science, and scones with Arthur Eddington. I bored Ivy Weaver with my answer to her question. Eh. That's her problem. My conversations with Hans Varner, a Batman, Ned, and Victor Allen were about as short.

Kaa needed reminders that not all Men sucked. Rukia showed up. A ~~horrible~~ cute kitten arrived in the Nexus wanting our ~~blood~~ pettings. Cameron McAfree asked how we wanted our stories to end, and I told him I wanted to die in bed of old age after a great round of sex. Nagi offered some advice to a girl with super abilities. It seemed like Isley Mitchell was flirting with me. I had a nice talk with yet another The Master. Girouette asked a question close to my past experience and also wanted to know what holidays we'll be celebrating. I had to explain Festivus. I answered a Doctor's question while he refused to answer mine. Lila asked whether we'd do something we knew was best for people even if they don't agree. Should you trust the alternate of someone you trust in your own place? I said no, because there are too many variations possible.

((Yohji and Sanzo faced a few difficulties at Yohji's place, of the kitten, hallucination, and youkai variety. Brody made an announcement under f'lock. Yotan and Aya celebrated their anniversary in NSFW ways, as usual.))

Me and Red had a huge argument, so bad that he was on the verge of attacking me (again) and I took off telling him I wouldn't return until he cooled off, which I know will just piss him off more but there's no way in hell I'll throw down with him short of someone paying me big cash for it. He's pissed that I come and go as I please while he can't show up at will in my reality as I can in his. While I see his point, I know the little psycho doesn't love me, but he needs me to be obsessed or in love with him. The way I wander in now and then just shows him that he's not really important to me. I can't get him to understand that he would be more important to me if he didn't make me feel like he's with me and humoring me with sex just to get Catholic bashing from me.

A meme revealed him, he feels falsely, as the Loverboy, while I'm supposedly the False Messiah, which makes me laugh like hell. At another time we talked about lyrics. I talked with Amalia about troublesome and unwanted duties.

wireboundheart, Aya asked the Nexus for stress relief suggestions. When Yohji returned, Aya learned that things had gotten worse [NSFW]. When Raven asked about alternates, Aya had a brief conversation with her about the mistakes he'd made with

dream_departed.

feline_casanova to the Nexus prom but was turned down, partly from Yohji and Sanzo having a thing going on. Schu went to the prom and had briefly discussed what he would wear before it with the General. Nagi struck out while trying to reestablish good contact with Gojyo and Hakkai, and when a conversation between him and Schu in the Nexus brought it up, Schu told him that Gojyo was being a dick. A post by Daimon Winter asking for psychics drew out Schu, Nagi, and Mio Hongo. Toki and Gojyo had a phone conversation about the people who've unexpectedly returned to the Nexus.))

((Kaa sort of gave Schu a birthmonth present. "Dr. Judah Stark" texting, "How did you get those scars?" drew out Schu, Farfarello, and Brody. Aya had another brief talk with Fish. Schu offered to let Brody crash at his flat, expressed some interest in partying with him, and enjoyed a delicious present. An alternate Ken met Nagi, Mio Hongo, and Schwarz Mamoru.

feline_casanova and Sanzo went to Gojyo's house, where they found him still LOL'd into being Hakkai-ish, Gojyo is deLOL'd, Hakkai and Gojyo come to a kind of peace, and Sanzo goes to crash at Yohji's place. Schu had another frustrating meeting with a Joker. Nagi is frustrated with yet another aspect of bodyguarding Omi, and Schu tried to cheer him up.))

I'm still amused over how I volunteered myself and

just_a_murder for a bout of speed dating. I don't know if Aya got any lasting benefits out of it but just putting him in that situation was rewarding for me. ((Aya complained about it at

dear_mun and was mistaken for another Aya by Nataku.)) Max did a kinda insulting poll about the speed dating afterwards. Hmph. The multiverse wouldn't be able to handle how gorgeous my children would be.

But Aya's new spirit of friendliness came out when he started a conversation with Fish about food, talked to Toshiko about how he uses or doesn't use foreknowledge, and discussed knowledge and power with Revan. Aya and I formally introduced ourselves to Fish when he asked the Nexus for introductions. Still upset over what happened to

wireboundheart a while back, Aya asked the Nexus about people who could possess bodies.

Brody got me a heartfelt plastic present. No, not that. I wear it often. Kaa asked who in the Nexus is psychic, and I answered. It's not like I keep it a secret. Nagi had birthday prezzies for all the guy Ayas in the Nexus, and almost all were stunned by it.

beyond_regret had trouble with her own Aya after his birthday and thus asked for help in dealing with him. Nagi is still procrastinating on that job offer. Farfarello asked a question to try to get people to consent to him attacking them.

Since I know a precog intimately *ahem* I had to offer wisdom to Tru Davies' question. Ditto to Harry Feynman. Rukia wondered whether a Nexus dating service would be a good or terrible idea. Good elves can sometimes give me a weird sparkly high. I managed to annoy

hitobashira while barely trying. Captain Hammer had lots of ego. Agrias asked if it's common to make friends from other worlds. Bad Penny asked for advice.

Brody wasn't happy with his therapist, and the ensuing conversation we had resulted in me setting up my casual therapy workshop in the Nexus. I certainly got a lot out of it.

I spoke to a computer program about selves and souls. I think he was appalled by how my personality was created and amazed that I'm sane. Asking about controlling other people inside your head was pretty popular, since Endrance and a really transfigured Greed did it. I was at the forefront of that trend.... ((Greed's new look isn't a hit with everyone.)) Nagi asked whether he should take a job considering certain circumstances involved. I hope that ends well. A guy asked a hypothetical question about killing a mad person. Yeah, I'm sure that will stay hypothetical. A pink vampire hamster toy called a Cuddlesome asked if anyone wanted a cuddle. The horror.

Finally, this here is my favorite LOLcat in a while.
