It used to, until he had the Schuldig who recently arrived in the Nexus snap it for him. Now he swans around the Nexus doing what-the-shit-ever and I only hear about from other people. I know he has some kind of plan or ulterior motive in his cracked noggin but no idea what it is, and that is driving me insane.
