Bed-In

::Schu and Nagi arrive via Portal into Schu's bedroom, directly onto Schu's decadent bed. As usual, the bedroom looks something like a dragon's hoard with a somewhat Bollywood bent. (Schu loves the colors, textures, and spanglies!) It's cluttered but not dirty; Schu has standards and some small sense of housekeeping. And sometimes Aya does a sweep through.::

Nagi shrugs. "So maybe I shouldn't have left my laptop at your apartment."

"Aya-chan, you should totally ask your brother about his fangirls."

"You're good to look at. I figured it was only a matter of time."

Nagi laughs. "They can save themselves from my meddling if they have a conversation without prompting."

::Aya sighs.:: "We're talking. Can you and Schu make yourselves scarce for a bit? We haven't seen each other in years."

::Schu rubs his head against Aya's shoulder.:: I dunno....

It's about damn time! "We could go get ice cream without them. Aya can call when he wants us to get them home."

Nagi waits until they're out of earshot, then asks, "You're not actually giving them any privacy, right?"

Privacy. You're hilarious.

Right now she's telling him how much she worried and how hard she looked for him. Major guilt trip. He feels about two centimeters tall at the moment.... When he gets upset his shields crumble completely. I'm gonna have to drill him on that. Not to protect him from me, mind you, but, you know, other people.

Nah, he doesn't shield that well from me usually, but right now he's open to anyone. Not good.

"Good plan. She's got years of lectures saved up for him, so we totally have time for both." The ice cream place is close, too.

Oh yes. Though she'll probably back off when he looks miserable enough, and he likes some misery, especially for things he genuinely feels guilty about. It's a fine balance. We'll see what happens.

After some consideration, Nagi gets a banana split with pina colada, key lime pie and strawberry icecreams. Yum.

When Nagi is most of the way through his ice cream, he asks, "Is she still lecturing him?"

Nagi licks his spoon clean and settles back with a sigh.
